1. About us

The PADS online shop (pads.ae) is part of UMONDA LLC. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean UMONDA LLC trading as PADS. By ordering from us you agree to these terms.

2. How to order

You choose a product on this website and pay by card on a secure Stripe checkout page. Your order is confirmed once your payment is complete and you receive your confirmation. If an item turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Each product is sold as a double pack of two PADS. A flat delivery fee of AED 10 within the UAE is added to each order, and you see the total before you pay. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only, to the address you enter at checkout. We may contact you on the phone number you give to arrange delivery. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your items when you receive them.

5. Orders with your company logo

PADS with a company logo are made to order and priced by quantity. Please contact us at support@umonda.com for a quote. Because they are made for you, custom orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as agreed.

6. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order by emailing us at support@umonda.com before it has been dispatched. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

7. Returns and refund policy

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, message us within 7 days of receiving it and include a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery costs, whichever you prefer where stock allows.

Change of mind. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please message us first and we will give you the address to send it to. Returns are made by mail: you send the item back by post or courier. Unless the item is faulty, return delivery costs are paid by you.

How refunds are paid. Once we receive and check a returned item, we refund the price of the item within 14 days, using the same method you paid with where possible.

8. Our brand and designs

The PADS name, logo and designs belong to us. You may not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.

9. Your details

We only use the details you give us, such as your name, delivery address and phone number, to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We do not sell your details.

10. Your legal rights and liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
